6 <br /> Board Goal 1 Cont. <br /> ENSURE A COMMUNITY NETWORK OF BASIC HUMAN SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURE THAT <br /> MAINTAINS, PROTECTS, AND PROMOTES THE WELL-BEING OF ALL COUNTY RESIDENTS. <br /> PROGRESS <br /> Emergency Services - Revise the Department's 5-Year Strategic Plan by the end of the <br /> fiscal year to guide future progress and provide clarity and alignment of our <br /> departmental mission, vision and goals. <br /> Housing Department - Move 10% of households experiencing homelessness to housing <br /> each month. <br /> Housing - Decrease the median length of time between voucher and leasing by 10%. <br /> Health Department - Improve oral health by increasing the percentage of Medicaid <br /> eligible children served by the Dental Division to 10% of eligible population, or 260 <br /> children. <br /> Health Department - 75% of Environmental Health site visits are completed within two <br /> weeks of receiving a completed customer application. <br /> Health Department - Improve access to healthcare services for families enrolled in <br /> Family Success Alliance (FSA) by increasing the percentage of families who have a <br /> medical home to 90% by the end of Fiscal Year 2022-23. <br /> Social Services - Reduce number of children in Department of Social Services (DSS) <br /> custody more than 18 months from 21 to 17 children. <br /> Social Services - Process 90% of Medicaid applications within the State time standards. <br /> Social Services - Increase participation in Employment Services from 173 to 190 <br /> participants by fiscal year end. <br /> Solid Waste - 95% of mulch sales delivered within 4 business days of receipt of <br /> payment. <br /> Transportation Services - Increase annual Public Transit Services hours from 12,000 to <br /> 24,000 annually by 2025. <br /> 6 <br />
