Scope of Work <br />In addition to the original scope of work, Siemens will provide and install the following: <br />•11 Heat Detectors FDT421 <br />•1 Horn/Strobe wall mounted <br />•2 Strobes ceiling mounted <br />•Rewiring/conduits to install FA Panel in a different location. <br />•Extra rewiring/conduits for 10 NAC devices. <br />Exclusions and Clarifications <br />Work to be performed on regular time from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />Inclusions <br />1.Engineering <br />2.Project Management for Siemens Scope of work <br />3.System Commissioning and Final Pretest <br />4.Final AHJ Testing and certification <br />5.Fire Alarm Submittal to customer <br />6.Fire Alarm Submittal to AHJ <br />7.Fire Alarm Permit or Electrical Permit or costs associated with this project <br />8.Professional Engineers stamp which may be required <br />9.Overtime (as specifically noted) <br />10.Supply or installation of any electrical conduits, cables, wiring or back boxes, and equipment <br />11.As interpreted in the specifications, as shown on drawings, and as defined in this proposal <br />12.Price is based on Auto-CAD electronic drawings for the project being supplied to us by others <br />13.One (1) year warranty <br />14.Final wiring terminations to the control panel <br />15.Programming <br />Page 5 of 11 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 55F38C2F-FD1E-467F-A624-4EC3513F41D1
