The results of the most recent Eno - Haw Regional Hazard <br /> Mitigation Plan ' s critical facilities and loss estimations will be incorporated into this analysis . This will be <br /> accomplished by pinpointing critical assets in the County and their vulnerabilities to threats from climate <br /> change . It is important to identify indirect impacts as well , such as impacts due to interruption or loss of <br /> services . These causes and indicators will be assessed and documented . <br /> Task . 1. e Summarize Transportation lannin Conditions,, and Trends <br /> The Clarion team will prepare a summary of relevant data and information pertaining to the County' s <br /> current and future transportation system . This effort will leverage transportation planning of the Triangle <br /> Area Rural Planning Organization ( TARPO ) , Burlington -Graham Metropolitan Planning Organization <br /> ( BGMPO ) , and the Durham - Chapel Hill Metropolitan Planning Organization ( DHCH MPO ) planning efforts . <br /> The team will review existing plans, policies , and projects related to transportation , including the recently <br /> completed 2022 Orange County Transit Plan . <br /> Task . 1m Evaluate Public Facilities `and Services Conditions, and ren s <br /> The Clarion Team will prepare an assessment of existing public facilities and services provided by the <br /> County and partners ( Orange County Schools and participating utilities ) . At a minimum , these services and <br /> facilities will include public utilities , solid waste , public safety ( Sheriff, fire, EMS ) , emergency management, <br /> and libraries . This assessment will document existing facilities and services , capacities , and any plans for <br /> enhancing or increasing levels of service .
