MINUTES <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH RETREAT <br /> March 11, 2023 <br /> After Ms. Stewart reviewed the folder's contents, the Board was asked to sign the Conflict and <br /> Confidentiality form. Moving forward, this form will be signed on an annual basis. Next, the <br /> shared guidelines were read to the Board. Ms. Stewart reiterated to the Board that this was <br /> their retreat and that she is simply facilitating. She encouraged them to speak their truth; <br /> however, she did not want anyone to feel forced (e.g. introverts). She asked the Board if they <br /> had anything to add. <br /> Dr. Stuebe indicated that the guidelines were a great comprehensive list. <br /> The Board thanked the OCHD staff for being present at the retreat. <br /> Icebreaker <br /> NAME STORY <br /> Each person ► ifl share their first name and any history or story <br /> that no me might represent for you, such as: the meaning of your <br /> nalne, who you were nalned for, shy you were given that <br /> name or why you chose the name for yourself. <br /> Quesfi ns to consider as you prepare to share: <br /> Wh are you narr7ed direr and whys <br /> m W ere does your name originate from? <br /> M ho named your Who chose the spelling of your name? <br /> aes your name hold any special meaning for you or your[arnIly� <br /> Do you have any memories or stories about your noma? <br /> f this Is the name you chose for yourself, why did you choose this name Tn particular? <br /> Ms. Stewart engaged the Board in an icebreaker. All of the Board members and OCHD staff <br /> participated.
