She <br /> said that you cannot cross over the permitted uses by color without changing the zoning. <br /> Commissioner Fowler asked what could be done with the property with the existing uses. <br /> Taylor Perschau said that there are forty-four permitted uses in the green area and there <br /> are forty-one in the red area.
