This <br /> MOU and ordinance have been refined through previous public input including a <br /> public heading conducted in Orange County on November 27, 2000. Based upon <br /> recommendations from public comment, the Joint Schools and Land Use Council <br /> has amended the YOU and ordinance Into Its current forth at its November 2001 <br /> meeting. Because of substantive changes made to both documents, It is required <br /> that they come to a public hearing a second time. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Thera is no financial Impact associated with this decision. <br /> Advertisement costs are Included in the departmental budget for County Initiated items. <br /> RECOMMENOATIONI The Administratbn recommends approval of the proposed May 28, <br /> 2002 Quarterly Public Heading legal advartlsement. <br />
