60 <br /> School Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> Process 2 - Certificate of Adequate Public Schools (CAPS) Allocation <br /> 2023 CAPS system is effective November 15, 2022 through November 14, 2023. <br /> The system is updated with new membership, CIP capacity changes, and any other BOCC/School District joint <br /> action approved capacity prior to November 15, 2022. This information is received within 5 days of November 15 <br /> and posted within the next 15 days. This CAPS system recalibration is retroactive to November 15, 2022. <br /> CAPS Allocation System CAPS Systeme <br /> 1.
