27 <br /> Task 5.1: Finalize Public Hearing Draft of Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br /> Following Task 4.9, the Clarion team will prepare a public hearing draft of the new Comprehensive Plan to <br /> be shared with the Planning Board and Board of County Commissioners.
