Attachment 3 3 <br /> Council Member Foushee made a motion, seconded by Council Member Romaine that the <br /> following resolution be approved: <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND COMMENTING ON THE SCHOOLS <br /> ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> (SAPFOTAC) 2023 REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has had a longstanding interest in the success and excellence of the <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has participated in the development and implementation of the schools <br /> adequate public facilities ordinance provisions since 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, the annual technical advisory committee report has been prepared and <br /> distributed for review; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council has received the report. <br /> This the 18th day of April 2023. <br /> Ayes: Mayor Damon Seils, Council Member Susan Romaine, Council Member Barbara <br /> Foushee, Council Member Randee Haven-O'Donnell, Council Member Danny Nowell, Council <br /> Member Eliazar Posada, Council Member Sammy Slade. <br />
