Town of Carrboro Resolution Cy Stober, Planning and Inspections <br /> 2. 2023 SAPFOTAC Annual Report Director, 919-245-2592 <br /> 3. 11 x17 Copies of Student Projection Charts Ashley Moncado, Planner 111, 919-245-2589 <br /> PURPOSE: To approve and certify the 2023 Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> Technical Advisory Committee (SAPFOTAC) Report. <br /> BACKGROUND: At the December 13, 2022 Board of County Commissioners' Business <br /> meeting, the Board approved the November 15, 2022 actual membership and capacity numbers <br /> for both Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) and Orange County Schools (OCS). <br /> Additional approvals/certifications, as outlined in the table below, are required by the SAPFO <br /> partners MOUs (Memoranda of Understanding). At the March 21, 2023 BOCC Business <br /> meeting, the Board received for transmittal the draft 2023 SAPFOTAC Report. A letter and the <br /> Executive Summary of the Report were sent to all SAPFO partners advising them of the <br /> availability of the draft Report and inviting comments. Comments were requested for submission <br /> by April 24, 2023. <br /> The Carrboro Town Council received the draft 2023 SAPFOTAC Report at its April 18, 2023 <br /> meeting and approved the Resolution contained in Attachment 1. The Chapel Hill Town Council <br /> received the draft report on April 19, 2023 and provided no comments. <br /> The exact pages of the 2023 SAPFOTAC Report that the BOCC will be acknowledging and <br /> certifying are listed below.
