7 <br /> Exhibit B -- Draft Documents <br /> (a) A draft dated May 2, 2023, of a First Supplemental Trust Agreement to <br /> be dated on or about June 13, 2023, between the County and The Bank of New York <br /> Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (the"Trustee").This instrument provides for the advance <br /> of funds to the County, for the issuance of two limited obligation bonds to the Lender, <br /> for the County's obligation to repay the amounts advanced, and for the County's <br /> responsibilities for the use and care of the collateral. The Trustee keeps certain <br /> official records for the bonds, processes bond payments and other payments, and acts <br /> as a representative of the bondholders. <br /> (b) A draft dated May 2, 2023, of a Deed of Trust Supplement #1 to be dated <br /> on or about June 13, 2023, from the County to a deed of trust trustee for the Trustee's <br /> benefit.
