Participation <br /> is free, allowing people of all socioeconomic levels to enjoy the event. Locations and <br /> transportation options will allow participation by those with limited mobility, and audio descriptions <br /> will allow individuals with low vision to fully experience the event. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: The following Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact is applicable to this item: <br /> • ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERABLE PURCHASING <br /> Promote the use of chemicals, materials, equipment, and systems which are officially <br /> recognized as to minimize environmental impacts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board receive the information on the <br /> Uproar Festival of Public Art and provide any comments or questions. <br />
