Employees must be covered by an approved Pay Plan.I however,the Coordinator may be <br /> isaimpt from this requirement, <br /> 6. The poetical subdivision must have an accepmble local travel regulation plan or senior <br /> the Stare travel restrictions; <br /> 7. The political sumilivisiou must have an annual submission consisting of a binerawdl <br /> Application(EM Form 66) and a Staffing Panem(FEMAForm g5-17); <br /> 8.
