She said there are four vacancies and <br /> those are felt. She said it also takes time to learn how to do this. She said it is hard to compete <br /> for social workers and there is a widespread need. She said there is a STEP plan implemented <br /> for social workers to make sure they stay competitive. She said they are competing with nearby <br /> counties and their hiring rates. She said they are trying to make sure taking care of the employees <br /> that are here. She said staff spends a lot of time in court, but also spend a lot of time interviewing <br /> applicants for positions. <br />
