Yes No. If yes, the amended date of substantial completion is: <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Full Description of Change: This change is to install (3) duct detectors with relay (3) smart led lamps and (3) smart switches to Trane units that were not <br />tied into the existing system. Install all conduit, wiring, calibration and testing. This change also includes tying the emergency generator into the fire <br />alarm system that was not originally tied in to include (3) monitoring points. Install (4) monitoring points for valves of the newly installed sprinkler <br />system within the warehouse. This also includes programming. <br /> <br />Reason for Change: The duct detectors were not part of the original system, while on site we found that these were not part of the original system and <br />need to be tied in. The generator was also not tied in with the original system and needs to be tied in for monitoring.
