This is a foundation that supports education for persons who work in <br /> multifamily industry as well the New Lease on Life program. New Lease is a program that <br /> works with families who are experiencing homeless. I am very familiar with the lack of <br /> Affordable housing in both the rental and now the Housing Market. (I have been a Realtor for the <br /> past two years). <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> There is not affordable housing for persons who need it. I am in a unique position of having a <br /> background in both the rental and sales arena. <br /> Contribution to the diversity of viewpoints on this board: <br /> I understand the view of Landlords as well as the resident/home buyer. <br /> Conflict of Interest: <br /> I'm not sure?
