2 <br />To achieve a balance, the presentation will be a simple topic outlined briefing. Those interested <br />with deeper background and statistical analysis will have the opportunity with "drill down" <br />support material. The outreach meetings will primarily be in an "open house" format with <br />different stations accenting different challenges. Staff will be available to answer questions. <br />The walls of the roam will be replete with maps, photos and charts far discussion purposes, <br />The intent of the meetings are to receive perspective from the citizens through written <br />comments and ideas that will be considered as the process of update nears the formal stage <br />later this year. The meetings will be held in the seven townships in primarily rural settings <br />chosen by area residents, <br />In summary, this outreach phase is an "inclusionary' process to collect ideas for addressing <br />land use issues in the future. This is not the last opportunity to comment, but the start of <br />bringing many ideas and past efforts to the outreach phase. A schedule of proposed activities <br />is attached.
