RES - 202M35 , � 1 J Attachment 4 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY FY 2023 -2024 HOME PROGRAM DESIGN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED , by the Orange County Board of Commissioners , as a member of the <br /> Orange County HOME Consortium, that the Commissioners approve the following activities for <br /> the FY 2023 -2024 HOME Program . <br /> Rental Construction <br /> Funds will be allocated to Pee Wee Homes to finance construction of three (3 ) small rental units <br /> at 106 Hill Street in Carrboro . Units will be leased to households experiencing homelessness and <br /> earning less than thirty percent (30 %) of the area median income . <br /> Additional funds will be allocated to CASA for the predevelopment and new construction costs <br /> for twenty-two (22 ) units for households at or below eighty percent ( 80 %) AMI <br /> (Requested amount: $562) 000) $ 4969489900 <br /> Proj4ram Administration $ 429949 . 60 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the County Manager is hereby designated as the <br /> authorized representative of the County to act in connection with the HOME Program and to <br /> provide such additional information as may be required by the U .
