Updates: David Stancil provided the Council with an estimated soft opening date for <br /> Blackwood Farm Park. He also mentioned the next Perry Hills Mini Park meeting will be <br /> March 23rd. Chris Colvin asked if there would be an official opening for Blackwood Farm <br /> Park. Stancil said a grand reopening event is being planned and will be held in May. <br /> b. April Meeting Plans: Review potential new member Applications. Reyman asked that <br /> staff provide members with any new applications received prior to the April meeting. <br /> Council and Committee Reports: <br /> a. Intergovernmental Parks Work Group (next mtg April 12) <br /> b.
