76 <br /> "Person" shall mean and refer to any natural person, corporation, joint venture, partnership <br /> (general or limited), limited liability company, association, trust or other legal entity. <br /> Section 29. <br /> "Phase" shall mean and refer to any phase, section or portion of the Property identified by <br /> Declarant as a separate phase through a Plat or a Supplemental Declaration recorded in the Office <br /> of the Register of Deeds of Chatham County,North Carolina. <br /> Section 30. <br /> "Plat" shall mean and refer to any plat of the Property or any part of it which is recorded from time <br /> to time in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Chatham County,North Carolina. <br /> Section 31. <br /> "Project" shall mean and refer to the residential development being developed by Declarant on the <br /> Property and commonly known as Eden View Acres. <br /> Section 32. <br /> "Property" shall mean and refer to that certain real property located in Chatham County, North <br /> Carolina, and more particularly described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by reference, as well as such additional property as may be made subject to the provisions of this <br /> Declaration pursuant to the provisions of Article II hereof. <br /> Section 33. <br /> "Roadways" shall mean and refer to the rights-of-way, roads, streets, entranceways and cul-de- <br /> sacs in the Project,as shown on the Plats,and any other rights-of-way,roads, streets,entranceways <br /> and cul-de-sacs on the Property, all to be privately maintained by the Association until accepted <br /> for maintenance by the North Carolina Department of Transportation or other governmental entity. <br /> Section 34. <br /> Section 35. <br /> "Street Lights" shall mean and refer to those certain street lights owned or leased by Declarant or <br /> the Association and installed upon, along and/or over the rights-of-way of the Roadways, Parking <br /> Area(s) (if any), Maintenance Areas and Common Areas. <br /> Section 36. <br /> "Supplemental Declaration" shall mean and refer to any Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, <br /> Conditions and Restrictions filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Chatham County,North <br /> Carolina, to bring additional property within the coverage of this Declaration and the jurisdiction <br /> of the Association, as more particularly described in Article II hereof. <br /> Section 37. <br /> 5 <br />
