73 <br /> regard to a certain Phase, section or portion of the Property, as more particularly described in <br /> Article II, Section 2 hereof. <br /> Section 2. <br /> "Additional Property" shall mean and refer to additional real estate near or contiguous to the <br /> Property, all or a portion of which may be made subject to the terms of this Declaration in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Article II of this Declaration. <br /> Section 3. <br /> Section 4. <br /> Section 5. <br /> "Architectural Review Board" shall mean and refer to the committee appointed by the Board to <br /> oversee the development and enforcement of architectural control standards and restrictions with <br /> respect to the Project and to perform certain other functions described in the Declaration. <br /> Section 6. <br /> "Architectural, Design and Landscape Guidelines" shall have the meaning as set forth in Article <br /> VIII hereof. <br /> Section 7. <br /> "Articles of Incorporation" shall mean and refer to the Articles of Incorporation for the <br /> Association. <br /> Section 8. <br /> "Association" shall mean and refer to Eden View Acres COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a <br /> North Carolina non-profit corporation, its successors and assigns. <br /> Section 9. <br /> "Board"or"Board of Directors" shall mean and refer to the Board of Directors of the Association. <br /> Section 10. <br /> "Bylaws" shall mean and refer to the Bylaws for the Association, as same may be amended from <br /> time to time. <br /> Section 11. <br /> "Certificate of Occupancy" shall mean and refer to any required certification issued by the <br /> appropriate governmental authorities as a prerequisite to occupancy of any structure on the <br /> Property. <br /> 2 <br />
