The project is <br /> located within 190.61 acres of property near the southeast intersection of Dairyland Road <br /> and Orange Grove Road in the Bingham township of Orange County, Forth Carolina. <br /> The request proposes- <br /> ■ 38-lot Residential Subdivision with Public and Private Roads-, <br /> ■ Primary and Secondary Common Open Space(s), and <br /> ■ Land anticipated to continue in Agriculture and Farm Use(e.g. pasture and ponds). <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan and a Stormwater Narrative dated February 28, 2023. These findings should not be <br /> interpreted as the Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon <br /> zoning approval, the proposed development would then be required to submit a Land <br /> Disturbing Permit (LDP) which would formally review and approve development activity <br /> consistent with these conceptual plans and calculations. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
