The road and open space will serve the Eden View <br /> subdivision. This proposal is considered a"Conditional District"because it's proposing more than <br /> 21 lots and is dedicating at least 33% of the land in open space. The applicant elected to design it <br /> as a"Flexible Development—Conservation Cluster" and comply with the applicable development <br /> standards of Section 7.12 of the Orange County UDO. As defined and detailed by the Orange <br /> County UDO, should the application be approved,these conditions will be binding for the <br /> property,with any significant change requiring subsequent zoning map amendment. <br />
