Orange County Planning Board —Appointments Discussion <br /> 7 The Board discussed appointments to the Orange County Planning Board. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 BACKGROUND: The Planning Board studies Orange County and surrounding areas to <br /> 10 determine objectives in the development of the County. It prepares and recommends plans to <br /> 11 achieve that development, including the suggesting of policies, ordinances, and procedures.
