40 <br /> RES-2023-035 Attachment 4 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY FY 2023-2024 HOME PROGRAM DESIGN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED,by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, as a member of the <br /> Orange County HOME Consortium, that the Commissioners approve the following activities for <br /> the FY 2023-2024 HOME Program: <br /> Rental Construction <br /> Funds will be allocated to Pee Wee Homes to finance construction of three (3) small rental units <br /> at 106 Hill Street in Carrboro. Units will be leased to households experiencing homelessness and <br /> earning less than thirty percent (30%) of the area median income. <br /> Additional funds will be allocated to CASA for the predevelopment and new construction costs <br /> for twenty-two (22)units for households at or below eighty percent(80%) AMI <br /> (Requested amount: $562,000) $496,489.00 <br /> Prolzram Administration $42,949.60 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby designated as the <br /> authorized representative of the County to act in connection with the HOME Program and to <br /> provide such additional information as may be required by the U.S. Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development. <br /> This is the 2nd day of May, 2023. <br /> Jamezetta Bedford, Chair <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> SEAL <br />
