In case of conflict with existing homes,another color choice <br /> may be required for ARB review and approval. Review the permanent files and adjacent house colors for color <br /> coordination and prevention of color duplication prior to submittal. Provide material manufacturer,product/model <br /> name,color name,color number,etc.as required for each material and color to best indicate/identify such material and <br /> color. Paint colors other than Sherwin Williams colors and other manufacturers that the ARB architect has easily <br /> available for reference shall be submitted with color chip samples(minimum 1"square in size and larger samples may be <br /> required)for ARB review,approval and record. Color brochure sheet for all brick,stone,other veneers,roof,special <br /> door and window colors,etc.proposals may also be requested/required for ARB review,approval and record. All <br /> exterior materials and colors should be submitted with the original house submittal to best assure your first choice <br /> selection. Note: Color selection approval based on a first-come first-serve basis.
