The project is located <br /> within 109.76 acres of property at 4901 Dairyland Road. The request proposes <br /> development consisting of: <br /> ■ 38 lots <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated December 08 2022. These findings should not be interpreted as the <br /> Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed development. Soil and site <br /> evaluations have not been conducted by the Orange County Health Department, <br /> Environmental Health Division.
