We <br />are not liable for items left on the vehicle or loss of time due to mechanical failure or inclement weather. We cannot guarantee <br />the assignment of a requested driver or vehicle. <br />Refund Policy: Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to departure to insure a full refund. No refunds for any mechanical <br />failure which occurs during the charter move. This company will strive to correct any mechanical problems and/or substitute <br />equipment to complete charter. <br />Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside the vehicle. Customer will be charged for any damage due to passenger <br />vandalism. A cleanup fee up to $200.00 may be assessed if vehicle is trashed or soiled beyond normal use.
