Doing 3 dimensional modeling now when <br />building schools – coordination at every step <br />(REVIT system) <br />6. Concrete based, spray foam insulation, <br />brick/metal panel veneer – proven construction <br />technology <br />7. Solar panels are really expensive but key for the <br />payback (8-12 years) for energy efficiency <br />8.
