Tom shared there are lots of state funding sources for school <br />capital right now: <br />i. ESSER, lottery, needs based school funding <br />b. Subheadings <br />i. Education <br />1. Sfl&A <br />a. Strong schools create vibrant <br />communities which create sustainable <br />futures <br />2. Technology is an important advancement in <br />schools <br />a. Distance learning, etc. <br />b. Computers are a mainstay in education <br />now <br />c. The jobs of architects are to put all of the <br />pieces together (furniture is especially <br />important – kids learn better when they <br />move around and not just sitting at a <br />desk) <br />3.
