If there were no funding limits what would that look <br />like? <br />1. Patrick and Andre’ shared that if funding wasn’t <br />a limit, would build new schools rather than <br />renovate old schools (would still need swing <br />space to house students while build and demolish <br />older buildings) <br />a. Eric shared that he would engage with <br />Green Tract site to build a new <br />elementary site, land next to Morris <br />Grove for more swing space for Phillips <br />Middle school to start renovate it, and <br />start working on more renovations at <br />other middle schools <br />iii. Could we construct the “aspirational” CIP so we can talk <br />about how could we make it work and look at the <br />priorities countywide? <br />1. BOCC will hear the long term financial plan <br />presentation and debt model this Thursday <br />evening so this is good timing <br />b. Bonnie: <br />i.
