Athletic field upgrades, abatement projects, <br />building improvements, electrical/lighting and <br />HVAC upgrades, roofing and pavement, security <br />upgrades, technology upgrades <br />ii. Completing HVAC renovation projects, Elfand <br />Cheeks, River Park, Stanback, Grady Brown, <br />Hillsborough (mechanical plus projects – <br />upgrade classrooms and buildings when go in to <br />replace HVAC such as flooring, lighting, ceiling <br />tiles, bathrooms, etc. since they will be impacted <br />by the mechanical system replacements) <br />a. No swing space in OCS – renovations <br />can’t necessarily be completed over the <br />summer any more (buildings are in use, <br />not enough time) so have to bring in <br />mobile units for swing space for students <br />during times of renovations while school <br />is in session <br />c. How are capital and maintenance projects prioritized? <br />i. CHCCS – Andre’ <br />1. Use Facility Condition Assessment and FCI to <br />determine the prioritization and order of projects <br />to be taken on – structural safety and <br />sustainability come first <br />ii.
