Members of the Group will be participating in the meeting <br />remotely. <br />Panelist Attendees: Jean Hamilton, Bonnie Hauser, Andre’ Stewart, Carrie Doyle, <br />Dr. Nyah Hamlett, Eric Allen, Greg Wilder, Jonathan Scott, Patrick Abele, Rani <br />Dasi, Renee Price, Rhonda Rath, Steve Arndt, Rebecca Crawford, Kirk Vaughn <br /> <br />Public Attendee: Kari Hamel <br /> <br />1. Welcome – Commissioner Jean Hamilton, Chair of Work Group <br />a. Jean asked if we needed to open the meeting with a motion but <br />the group determined that wasn’t necessary for a workgroup <br />b. Jean reviewed the agenda and requested that the definition <br />section last no longer than 20 minutes. <br />c. Jean requested no introductions but that if you are presenting to <br />share your name first for those viewing. <br />d. Jean requested that you submit your slides from previous <br />meetings to Rebecca to share with the group. <br /> <br />2. Review School Facilities Definitions (Orange County Finance staff) <br /> <br />a. Capital Project <br />b. Maintenance <br />c. Deferred Maintenance <br />d. Recurring Capital <br />e.
