Explain how facility needs are planned, and how they are <br />submitted to the county in capital and operating budgets. <br />b. Preview of 2022-23 Capital budgets that are currently under <br />development. <br />c. How are capital and maintenance projects prioritized? <br />d. What needs are excluded from the capital budget request? <br />e. For longer term planning, what if we had a CIP with details for <br />10 years? <br /> <br />4.
