Jean: what design standards are used for the school districts? <br />i.Patrick: primary driver of school facility construction <br />across the state is DPI standards <br />1.Has prototype school designs in addition to <br />standards <br />a.https://www.dpi.nc.gov/media/570/down <br />load <br />b.https://www.dpi.nc.gov/media/569/down <br />load <br />2.OC has own design standards – worked with <br />former AMS director to review both DPI and OC <br />standards to find commonalities <br />a.
