Programmed $177,871 <br /> Costs <br /> In FY24, this team will manage and execute planning, Cost <br /> design, and construction management activities for Start Date July 2020 <br /> GoTriangle's bus facilities and bus stop amenities pro- <br /> grams and participate in capital planning, coordination, <br /> and support activities for the Orange Transit Plan update. <br /> Specific tasks include but are not limited to project scope, <br /> schedule, and budget development and monitoring; <br /> quarterly reporting; and management of consultants and <br /> contractors. Planning tasks: planning/prioritization for bus <br /> stop and park-and-ride improvements; management and <br /> technical consultant oversight; environmental planning <br /> and coordination with regulatory agencies for federally <br /> funded projects; and coordination to support CHT's N-S <br /> BRT project. Design/Engineering/Architecture tasks: field <br /> investigations, feasibility analysis, consultant oversight, <br /> and technical support for bus stop and park-and-ride <br /> improvements; design management, project coordina- <br /> tion, and technical support for major facilities projects; <br /> and feasibility analysis and implementation oversight for <br /> BOSS. Construction Management tasks: project manage- <br /> ment, contractor oversight, and construction inspection. <br /> Project Coordination tasks: managing coordination with <br /> GoTriangle's partners; facilitating productive partnering; <br /> promoting schedule and budget adherence and fostering <br /> timely conflict resolution.
