Consent Agenda <br /> • Removal of Any Items from Consent Agenda <br /> Chair Bedford requested to remove item 8-c from the consent agenda. <br /> • Approval of Remaining Consent Agenda <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> approve the remaining consent agenda. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Commissioner Greene said that in reference to item 8-c, she was asked by Jessica Perrin, <br /> who works with the Soil and Water Conservation district, if farmers were able to apply for the <br /> county's climate action grants. She said that she reviewed the Climate Action Grant language <br /> criteria and that farmers are not excluded but she does not know if there is a lot of outreach to <br /> them. She said that it is an opportune time and that Solarize Triangle should also reach out to <br /> farming community. <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said Amy Eckberg would work on that for both issues. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> approve item 8-c. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> a. Approval of the Purchase of Land Records Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) <br /> Software <br /> The Board approved the purchase of Land Records Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) <br /> software from Farragut Systems, Inc. <br /> c. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget Amendment #6 <br /> The Board approved budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 2022-23. <br /> d. Durham & Orange Transit Plan Governance Study — Interlocal Agreement Between <br /> Orange County, Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization, and <br /> Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority <br /> The Board adopted the revised Orange County Transit Plan Interlocal Agreement (ILA). <br /> e. North Carolina Local Government Commission Contract Amendment#2 <br /> The Board amended the contract with the North Carolina Local Government Commission (LGC) <br /> for the County's audit to modify of the audit fee to reflect additional audit hours required to <br /> complete the audit and the Local Government Employer Retirement System (LGERS) <br /> examination. <br /> f. Proposed Revisions to the Wild and Dangerous Animal Provisions in the Orange County <br /> Unified Animal Control Ordinance <br />
