The project is located within 84.9 acres of property along Lawrence <br /> Road and US 70. <br /> The request proposes mixed-use development consisting of: <br /> ■ Two public charter schools (K-12); <br /> ■ Private tennis club; and <br /> ■ Public or private recreational facilities with ball fields. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon a required Master Plan <br /> Development plan set dated December 2, 2022.
