The applicants have <br /> provided a site-specific plan featuring two preparatory schools, and a recreational park featuring <br /> athletic fields and tennis courts. The site-specific plan features landscaping, interior roads, <br /> parking, water and sewer utilities, and stormwater control measures that conform to the Orange <br /> County UDO.
