Habitat has been in conversations <br /> with members of the Lawrence Road Properties, LLC for a year and a half. Throughout that <br /> time, Habitat has been willing to allow the extension of the water and sewer mains in East <br /> Village to be used as a connection of the charter school to the utility infrastructure of the <br /> Town of Hillsborough.
