The parcel is currently undeveloped so it does not have an assigned address. The <br /> proposed rezoning is: <br /> FROM: R-1 (Rural Residential) <br /> TO: MPD-CD (Master Plan Development — Conditional District) <br /> BACKGROUND: On December 2, 2022 a Conditional Zoning Atlas Amendment application <br /> (Attachment 1) (Full application packet featuring the complete traffic impact analysis can be <br /> found: htt s-://centralpermits.orangecountync.gov/EnerGov Prod/SelfService#/plan/b6f9e633- <br /> e5e8-471d-8d81-4c10e0a2739e?tab=attachments) was received proposing to rezone 84.90 <br /> acres of property at PIN: 9883-19-4355, within the Eno Township.
