Phone: (336)449-1144 PO Box 10, Whitsett, NC 27377 Fax: (336)449-1151
www.SASSERCOMPANIES.com
• Remove the cover of the Ptac unit and flush with an approved coil cleaner.
• Mechanical room will be cleaned to drastically improve the quality but will be sealed out
of the testing chamber.
• At the completion of the demolition all walls, ceilings, containments and floors will be
HEPA sandwiched which is the preferred method of remediation from the IICRC’s S520
(mold standard). The HEPA sandwich consists of a heavy HEPA vacuuming of all
surfaces for the gross contaminate/spore/particulate removal followed by a damp
wiping/wet washing of all surfaces to treat and clean with a liquid antimicrobial. Finally,
all surfaces undergo a quick or light HEPA vacuum to remove any remaining
particulate/spores. The chamber will then be ULV or ultra-low volume fogged with a
green or environmentally friendly antimicrobial. This assists in the cleaning of the air.
• Critical barriers and protection constructed out of 6-mil poly sheathing will be used to
block out outside air intrusions.
• All of the three (3) phase filtration system within the large air scrubbers will be removed
and replaced per the manufacturer’s specifications to avoid an accidental puffback.
• The chamber will be ultra-low volume fogged with an approved antimicrobial (benefect
decon 30).
• The chamber will allow the air scrubber to run for a period of approximately 48 hours
undisturbed by all. This is where the air is cleaned in preparation for the post
remediation verification performed by ESG.
• ESG will come for the testing and conduct a visual inspection, an electronic moisture
inspection, particle counts, a swab sample and a spore trap analysis.
• Upon passing results an appointment will be made for the crew to come and take the
equipment back and break down containments.
Price for all Recommended Work: $16,867.14
Clarification:
• This scope does not include any repairs or work outside of the “Recommended
Work” section of this document.
• Containments are one of the most important items in a remediation and for the protection
of you and your home the containments need to be constructed in a manner so that they
don’t fail or fall. Sasser Restoration makes every attempt to form non-invasive
containments however, the tape used on rare occasions do remove paint. In the event
paint is disturbed Sasser Restoration is not responsible within the price of this proposal to
fix the altered paint or to repaint in any way.

Sasser Restoration greatly appreciates the opportunity to assist in this time of need.

DocuSign Envelope ID: 80FB0F67-A8C9-4F21-A069-1E0BFFD6E22B
