Bradshaw Consulting Services, Inc. 2170 Woodside Executive Ct., Aiken, SC 29803 TEL 803.641.0960 FAX 803.641.1919
Pat Campbell
Orange County, NC
tcampbell@orangecountync.gov
919-245-6140

Mr. Campbell,

Thanks for the opportunity to provide you with this proposal for additional Deployment
Monitor seats for the 20 vehicle fleet at Orange County EMS. We are happy to hear that
the implementation is evolving.

MARVLIS Deployment Monitor Product Description
Deployment Monitor combines demand data, AVL, CAD information, traffic impedances
and vehicle statuses for real-time analysis in the dispatch center to provide a complete
overview of the effectiveness of your resource deployment. The operator is presented
with a map that displays the hot spot map from Demand Monitor, overlaid with vehicle
locations, vehicle status and coverage for each vehicle. Together, this information aids in
the efficient management of resources to assure that the high probability areas can be
covered by available vehicles yet minimizes the need for constant vehicle move-ups.
Each available resource includes a Dynamic Service Area (DSA) that illustrates the area
a resource can travel within your specified response time. Combined with the hot spot
map from Demand Monitor, this allows your dispatch personnel to constant evaluate and
manage the percentage of demand covered at any time. New recommendation rules can
define more complex objectives for incident recommendations.
Description
Number of
Installed
Copies Extended List
Deployment Monitor 2 $ 9,500
Total MARVLIS Software Cost $ 9,500

Add’l Deployment Monitor Support 2 $ 2,450

The additional maintenance figure is included for information only at this time as it will
not come due until your anniversary date. If you have any questions or if I can be of any
assistance, please don’t hesitate to call my cell 80-514-4556 or email me at
dloberger@bcs-gis.com.

Sincerely,
Dale Loberger, Account Manager
Bradshaw Consulting Services, Inc.
DocuSign Envelope ID: 3A3B749D-89FA-4DD4-AB4B-396224600A6A
