DocuSign Envelope ID:77803446-26E8-4424-B3DD-15F947931AE8 <br />EXHIBIT D <br />TRAINING METHODOLOGY <br />BCS shall provide training in order to convey the necessary expertise required for effective operation of all components based on the <br />current understanding of the students.BCS's instructor shall meet virtually with each group to be trained and tailor an approach to <br />meet their learning goals while accessing and using the actual county equipment as well as their own data.Licensee administrators <br />and technical staff are encouraged to take part during the installation and configuration operations so that they can understand every <br />aspect of their own unique implementation.Training shall use a"train the trainer"approach to ensure that Licensee staff are <br />prepared to help others learn how to use the system. <br />There is no fixed time for training needs.The instructor shall work with the user to demonstrate the configuration,the use of the <br />products,and answer any associated questions.Training is typically accomplished in four separate sessions.One would involve the <br />system administrator and cover the MARVLIS Server Administrator tools and the Dashboard.A second would train supervisors or <br />other training staff in the daily operations of the MARVLIS Client.A third session would address the use of Deployment Monitor <br />for dispatchers by training supervisors or other training staff.The fourth session would be directed at individuals that will have <br />Demand Monitor,Impedance Monitor,or Deployment Planner installed on their computers or otherwise be responsible for <br />maintaining those applications.Each session would last at least one hour but could go longer based on user experience,knowledge <br />or questions.BCS shall ensure that appropriate staff are trained and proficient in all necessary aspects of MARVLTS and their <br />instructors will spend the time necessary to ensure success. <br />MARVLIS documentation will be provided during installation,and will also be available on the BCS Support website.In addition, <br />documentation on specific configurations for the Licensee will be provided during the installation process to be sure it reflects the <br />current set up.Any notes made during the training session will be delivered to the Licensee. <br />B-11 <br />CORE/0804998.0008/128897050.2 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 3A3B749D-89FA-4DD4-AB4B-396224600A6A
