MARVLIS Deployment Planner Installation/Configuration <br />a. Installation on staff workstation identified by end user <br />b. Installation of local copy of Demand Monitor for use exclusively with Deployment Planner. <br />5. MARVLIS Impedance Monitor Installation/Configuration <br />a. Installation on staff workstation identified by end user <br />b. Configuration with Street network data <br />c. Configuration of access to AVL table in SQL Server database for analysis and updating of street network travel <br />costs <br />CONTRACT <br />1) BCS will not commence work,of any kind,related to the MARVLIS integration until an agreement is signed by both BCS <br />and Licensee Representatives. <br />2) Either Party may request changes within the general scope of the agreement. If a requested change causes an increase or <br />decrease in the cost or time required to perform the agreement,the Parties will agree to an equitable adjustment of the <br />Contract Price,Performance Schedule,or both,and will reflect the adjustment in a change order. The form of such Change Order shall be substantially <br />similar to the attached. <br />TERMS FOR CONTRACT PAYMENT: <br />1. 40%of total contract upon contract approval. <br />2. 40%of total contract upon installation of at least one instance of each application <br />3. 20%of total contract upon successful completion of 30 day test run. A successful test run shall be one that indicates that <br />the software is installed and operating as designed. <br />LOCATION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Remote from Aiken,SC,but at Client Site as requested by Licensee. Travel <br />expenses must be pre-approved by Licensee and will reimbursed at actual cost plus 10%.
