15 <br />It is appropriate for public corrunent to be heard, as related to the various rate issues, at the time <br />the County Commission meets to deliberate this matter. Although a statutory public hearing is <br />not required, it is customary to call for public cormnent in these matters. The comment period <br />may be publicized by issuing a press release to the print and electronic media or announced in <br />other appropriate ways. The Company nmst be notified of the public meeting and advised to <br />have a representative present to respond to County officials, the public and otherwise offer <br />comment. <br />
