Consent Agenda <br /> 5 <br /> 6 • Removal of Any Items from Consent Agenda <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Chair Bedford requested to remove item 8-c from the consent agenda. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 • Approval of Remaining Consent Agenda <br /> 11 <br /> 12 A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> 13 approve the remaining consent agenda. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Commissioner Greene said that in reference to item 8-c, she was asked by Jessica Perrin, <br /> 18 who works with the Soil and Water Conservation district, if farmers were able to apply for the <br /> 19 county's climate action grants. She said that she reviewed the Climate Action Grant language <br /> 20 criteria and that farmers are not excluded but she does not know if there is a lot of outreach to <br /> 21 them. She said that it is an opportune time and that Solarize Triangle should also reach out to <br /> 22 farming community. <br /> 23 Bonnie Hammersley said Amy Eckberg would work on that for both issues. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A motion was made by Commissioner Greene, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> 26 approve item 8-c. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 29 <br /> 30 a. Minutes <br /> 31 The Board approved the draft minutes for the January 17, 2023 BOCC Meeting as submitted by <br /> 32 the Clerk to the Board. <br /> 33 b. Approval of the Purchase of Land Records Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) <br /> 34 Software <br /> 35 The Board approved the purchase of Land Records Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) <br /> 36 software from Farragut Systems, Inc. <br /> 37 c. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget Amendment#6 <br /> 38 The Board approved budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 39 2022-23. <br /> 40 d. Durham & Orange Transit Plan Governance Study — Interlocal Agreement Between <br /> 41 Oranqe County, Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization, and <br /> 42 Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority <br /> 43 The Board adopted the revised Orange County Transit Plan Interlocal Agreement (ILA). <br /> 44 e. North Carolina Local Government Commission Contract Amendment#2 <br /> 45 The Board amended the contract with the North Carolina Local Government Commission (LGC) <br /> 46 for the County's audit to modify of the audit fee to reflect additional audit hours required to <br /> 47 complete the audit and the Local Government Employer Retirement System (LGERS) <br /> 48 examination. <br /> 49 f.
