Here are the findings: <br /> Traffic Impact Study Review <br /> • General Overview <br /> o The proposed White Cross Retail development is located in the southwest quadrant of <br /> NC Hwy 54 and White Cross Road intersection in Orange County, NC. The project will <br /> include approximately 11,000 square feet of retail space. Site access will be provided <br /> via one full-movement driveway on White Cross Road. Project build-out is anticipated <br /> in 2024. <br /> • Required Improvements <br /> o White Cross Road at Site Driveway <br /> ■ Construct a full-movement site driveway with one ingress lane and one egress <br /> lane <br /> ■ Construct a southbound right-turn lane with 100 feet of storage and appropriate <br /> taped on White Cross Road <br /> The Department concurs with the findings in the TIA.
