The project is located within <br /> 4.83 acres of property at the southwest intersection of NC HWY 54 West and <br /> White Cross Road. <br /> The request proposes mixed-use development consisting of: <br /> ■ One Commercial Retail Building (Dollar General) <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated September 30, 2022.
