Draft Ordinance, Including Proposed <br /> Conditions <br /> PURPOSE: To hold a public hearing, receive the Planning Board/staff recommendation and <br /> public comment, close the public hearing, and consider action on an applicant-initiated Zoning <br /> Atlas Amendment to rezone a 4.83+/- acre parcel (PIN: 9749-40-2351) located at 3026 White <br /> Cross Road, Chapel Hill within the Bingham Township of Orange County. The proposed <br /> rezoning is: <br /> FROM: AR (Agricultural Residential), & NC-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) <br /> TO: NR-CD (Non-Residential Conditional District) <br /> BACKGROUND: On November 17, 2022 a Conditional Zoning Atlas Amendment application <br /> (Attachment 1) was received proposing to rezone 4.83 acres of property at 3026 White Cross <br /> Road, Chapel Hill, within the Bingham Township. The Staff Report in Attachment 2 contains <br /> additional information, maps, and analysis. <br />
